Pick-A-Peck started with a family of four brothers who shared a passion for the home pickled veggies they grew up eating from their grandmother's cellar. They began to experiment with the fresh produce available to them after moving to Northern California. Most notably, this involved introducing a variety of hot peppers to traditional dilly recipes. Spurred on by the success of their hot pickled asparagus and green bean recipes, Pick-A-Peck has continued exploring the boundaries of the new age of pickling. Using all natural ingredients, we source our products locally.
The company is based in Yuba City though its members span coast to coast from NYC to Boston, and San Francisco to Santa Barbara. Our company mission is to produce more pickles than we can eat. Meet our team:
