Pick-A-Peck started with a family of four brothers who shared a passion for the home pickled veggies they grew up eating from their grandmother's cellar. They began to experiment with the fresh produce available to them after moving to Northern California. Most notably, this involved introducing a variety of hot peppers to traditional dilly recipes. Spurred on by the success of their hot pickled asparagus and green bean recipes, Pick-A-Peck has continued exploring the boundaries of the new age of pickling. Using all natural ingredients, we source our products locally whenever possible.
